Initially inspired by her own child's recovery from a brain tumour, Yvonne created a stimulating environment with qualified staff, a philosophy that continues to guide the nursery today. The nursery's curriculum predates official requirements, showcasing their commitment to advanced early years education. Expanding from its first setting in Heaton Norris, Elm Cottage now includes additional nurseries and after-school clubs in Cheadle Hulme, developed in response to local school requests. Our ethos At Elm Cottage our aim has always been to provide every child with the best possible start in life and to support them to fulfil their potential.
