The manager has an ambitious curriculum, linking activities to children's interests and devising tailored next steps for their development. Staff are adept at identifying children who may require additional help, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), and work closely with families and professionals to ensure a shared approach to learning. The playgroup fosters a calm and respectful environment where children's emotional well-being is a high priority, and staff use positive language to model respectful interactions.
