I really liked how flexible the staff were and how they have supported the very slow and gradual settling in for my son. I feel this is a big part of why I feel my son is safe here because I’ve been allowed time to watch how things run and get to know each staff member and the routines of the day. I love that they encourage parents to get involved if they wish and allow them to participate in a session. They cater for my sons dietary needs at snack time. The only downside is lunch, I wish they could offer alternative lunch menus or have a pack lunch option and also the outside area is not great it’s very small so not good if your toddler like to run.
