I said i only had time to do 1 as he needed to start the day after as had to be at work. He didn't need 2 sessions and quite frankly a 1 hour session is neither here nor there to make any difference to anything. Aboslutely no flexibility whatsoever. They did not care that he did not need it. Did not care that I would loose my job (and not even need the placement) if I didnt go to work on the Friday. Just a repetitive 'that's our policy' like talking to a wall.\n\nI could have actually done the pointless 2 sessions of she had been prepared to make 10 minutes to see me the day before but of course, being inconvenienced by a customer for 10 whole minutes of her day was clearly too much.\n\nGenuinely good nurseries work flexibly to accommodate the needs of individual children and parents. That kind of rigidity says absolutely everything about them.
