" The nursery excels in supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), offering timely referrals, excellent intervention strategies, and dedicated key staff. These children benefit from one-to-one support and small-group activities in a designated intervention space, focusing on social, communication, and attention skills. The nursery also promotes physical development through activities like playing with wheeled toys and balancing planks in the outdoor area. Leaders have improved the curriculum for children under three since the last inspection, and staff effectively use assessment to check children's learning, supporting their progress as they prepare for school. However, the provider does not support staff to plan for younger children's curriculum and does not deploy staff or use resources well enough to fully promote younger children's care, learning, and developmental needs.
