The nursery focuses on creating a relaxing and calm atmosphere where children can confidently begin their educational journey. They aim to provide a safe and stimulating environment with a strong emphasis on continuous safety monitoring. The nursery offers a custom-built baby room, opened in 2005, which is equipped with areas for wet and messy play, as well as quiet sleep corners. For older children aged two to five, there are ample opportunities and amenities for exploration. Each child is assigned a key childcare worker who is committed to their individual development and welfare, acknowledging that every child has unique needs. The nursery is staffed by a fully qualified and experienced team, offering a foundation stage curriculum and providing fresh, hot meals. They pride themselves on an excellent OFSTED report and welcome children from across Grimsby and Lincolnshire. Parents are encouraged to visit the nursery to experience the facilities and meet the team firsthand. What it's like Children arrive happy and are warmly greeted by staff who know the children and community very well. They focus learning so that it is targeted at individual needs, including focused time to develop language and attention spans. All children make good progress from their starting points. Outdoor space Staff encourage children to put their coats away after outdoor play and show them how to put their coats on and take them off independently.
