The staff are informative and are able to give feedback on his day. I am kept informed of how he is doing via the app which provides photos and updates such as meals and activities. Everyone at the nursery is lovely and welcoming and I haven’t got a bad thing to say about my experience with them. My daughter started there when she was 10 months old, and she will be leaving in the summer at the age of 4. The staff are so friendly and experienced, and they genuinely care, they have almost become part of the extended family. They work so hard and have such enthusiasm, you can really tell they love their job and the children. They always have time to listen and pick up and drop off, and they listen and work with you to help with any issues affecting the child. The support they give to children educationally and emotionally is just outstanding. My second daughter will be starting with them in the summer and I can’t wait to see her grow and thrive and hear about all the fun she has. My daughter skips through the door every day excited to see her teachers and friends, for me the fact that she is so happy there is everything. They absolutely love it and run in everyday. The nursery has a lovely, warm and inviting culture, which was something really important to us when choosing a nursery. Everyday there is a new activity or experience planned and they seem to be really thriving from the variety. The staff are kind, caring and supportive of the children. They create a lovely homely environment full of fun and laughter. We would highly recommend it.
