Open all year round from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, the nursery is located in a single-storey building within the grounds of Fulham Palace. The Ofsted "Good" rated nursery prides itself on its dedicated staff who build strong bonds with children and know them exceptionally well, fostering a happy atmosphere where children feel secure. The curriculum focuses on engaging activities that encourage children to explore and develop at their own pace. Children benefit from a fabulous outdoor space, exploring the beautiful garden where they engage in activities like banging pots and pans, shovelling leaves into toy trucks, balancing along beams, and throwing balls through hoops. This outdoor learning also extends to observing animals and exploring seasonal changes. The manager and staff demonstrate strong support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), working collaboratively with other professionals and implementing recommended strategies to ensure every child makes good progress. Children are encouraged to develop independence, from collecting their own coats to helping set the table, building their confidence and self-esteem.
