They give me honest feedback about progress my son is making, which help to demonstrate that he is happy and comfortable at nursery. I feel like his key worker Zaynah listens to any concerns I have about nursery, wellbeing and development in general, and takes action. When he’s at nursery I feel assured that he’s well looked after.
