The enthusiastic and passionate management team, alongside experienced and well-qualified staff, ensures that children's welfare is promoted at an outstanding level. The club prides itself on its firmly established settling-in process, allowing staff to get to know children and families in depth, fostering excellent continuity through strong partnerships with parents and the children's school. Activities are rich, interesting, and varied, planned around children's emerging interests, ensuring all children progress very well in their learning. The special educational needs co-ordinator is highly knowledgeable, providing targeted support to any children who require it, ensuring an inclusive environment for all. Outdoor learning is a key part of the experience, with children enjoying moving, climbing, and balancing on adventure playground equipment and playing football. Staff interaction is positive and careful, with observations informing creative activities that extend literacy and mathematical skills, such as making colourful pictures and learning to write letters and numbers. Children are encouraged to be independent and make healthy snack choices, developing high levels of self-confidence and self-worth.
