"reviewBody": "I recently applied for a nursery place for my daughter but ultimately decided to withdraw my application due to concerns with communication and lack of clarity throughout the process. While I want to acknowledge the warmth and kindness of the staff, who I believe would have provided great care, my experience with the administrative side left much to be desired.\nFrom the outset, I felt unsure about the next steps, and communication was a constant struggle. I often found myself chasing updates without clear guidance on what to expect. For example, at my daughter's settling session, I was pointed into the room, but there was no communication about what to do next. A staff member took her without explanation or instructions, and I was left to assume I should leave. It felt rushed and unstructured, leaving me feeling out of the loop about my own daughters care and since this was the first time she was ever left anywhere I felt this should have been approached differently especially since I had a phone call within 20 minutes asking me to return because my daughter was very unsettled. I should've been offered 5 minutes to get her settled before I left but there was no communication at all. They all just seemed to busy and not invested in us.\nThere were also concerns around her official start date and a big gap between the settling in sessions and her start date, I never got answers on this despite chasing several times. I also wasn’t given clear information about when or how the next settling sessions would happen and they were in just days time. This disorganisation made it difficult for me to plan, and I felt like I was in the dark the entire time and I felt unimportant.\nWhen I withdrew her application, I shared my concerns with the nursery, hoping for some acknowledgment or an effort to address the issues. Unfortunately, the response I received was not an apology or an effort to resolve things. Instead, I was simply told to contact them if I changed my mind. This response left me feeling as though my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and that the nursery was too busy to genuinely address the issues I raised.\nI was really hoping for a more thoughtful response, one that demonstrated accountability and a willingness to improve. Instead, the lack of engagement or recognition of the problem gave me little confidence in their ability to meet Erin's needs.\nThis should have been an exciting new chapter for my daughter and I. I really hope the nursery can take this feedback on board and work on improving their processes for future families.",

"reviewBody": "What an incredible nursery!\nThe experiences these children gain before reaching the school age is irreplaceable.\nFrom learning to walk to trying her first foods my daughter has experienced so many different experiences in her nursery day.\nHolding baby chick's. Making mud pies exploring nature and incorporating it into play. The first time sitting around the fire with a marshmallow and hot chocolate. Her first time in a nativity all skills for life that set her up ready to join the big old school adventure.\nShe wasn't scared or daunted anymore.\nThey offer a home from home experience and treat every child like their own. Not a day went by i ever doubted my child was in the safest calmest most loving hands.\nShe made friendships for life with not only children but staff she still talks about 12 months on so a footprint made on her heart.\nI cant thank them enough !\nMy daughter has experienced more at this nursery than the average child will in their early days. The wealth of care is irreplaceable.\nThank you to each and every one of you!",

"reviewBody": "My son has been attending this nursery since he was 11 months old and there has not been one single day he hasn’t desperately wanted to go into nursery with outstretched arms to greet the staff. And that in itself speaks volumes about loved he feels and how cared for he is. Something that can’t be created or forced - a true reflection of how much he loves going and adores the staff who care for him.\n\nThe communication about the child’s day is second to none from what they’ve eaten, down to their daily activities and nap times which is incredibly reassuring. The staff go above and beyond to provide incredibly detailed observations of learning and plan meticulously how they will develop a child’s interest and focus and create opportunities for further learning.\n\nThe nursery comes highly recommended from local primary schools, outstanding EYFS lead staff in Lancashire and friends we have who have had personal experience with their own children.\n\nThe nursery setting is stimulating, calming and inviting and enhances learning. The staff really take the time to get to know each child individually.\n\nWe couldn’t ask for a better start for our son and thank the nursery for his personal, social and educational developments using their holistic approach that is warming received by all.\n\nA truly one-of-a-kind nursery and staff.",

Its riddled with inaccuracies / liesand subsequent apologies blaming the app and never human errors or in this case negligence.\n\nIts no wonder so many children have been pulled out of this nursery.\n\nEvery debrief upon collection of your child is the same as the last parent who collected their child before yours. You only have to watch and listen. Your child will never have an off day. Its always wonderful(!). Even when my child has been sent in under the weather, they never picked up on it.\n\nThey recently had an ofsted inspection which unsurprisingly rated it just good.\n\nDo not have any educational expectations from this nursery. In comparison to my other children who went to different nurseries, it's non existent.\nIts simply an average baby sitting service in a clean environment.",

Inclusion & environment

## How they support every child

SEND provision

Leaders have links with outside agencies and make timely referrals for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Additional funding is used appropriately to support the children it is allocated to, which helps to narrow gaps in learning and supports good progress.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy exploring the outdoor area and show good physical strength when using the rope to climb a tall ramp. They are confident navigating the balancing beam and use the slide independently, benefiting from fresh air and daily opportunities to develop physical skills.

I recently applied for a nursery place for my daughter but ultimately decided to withdraw my application due to concerns with communication and lack of clarity throughout the process. While I want to acknowledge the warmth and kindness of the staff, who I believe would have provided great care, my experience with the administrative side left much to be desired. From the outset, I felt unsure about the next steps, and communication was a constant struggle. They all just seemed to busy and not invested in us. There were also concerns around her official start date and a big gap between the settling in sessions and her start date, I never got answers on this despite chasing several times. I also wasn’t given clear information about when or how the next settling sessions would happen and they were in just days time. This disorganisation made it difficult for me to plan, and I felt like I was in the dark the entire time and I felt unimportant. When I withdrew her application, I shared my concerns with the nursery, hoping for some acknowledgment or an effort to address the issues. Unfortunately, the response I received was not an apology or an effort to resolve things. Instead, I was simply told to contact them if I changed my mind. This response left me feeling as though my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and that the nursery was too busy to genuinely address the issues I raised. I was really hoping for a more thoughtful response, one that demonstrated accountability and a willingness to improve. Instead, the lack of engagement or recognition of the problem gave me little confidence in their ability to meet Erin's needs. This should have been an exciting new chapter for my daughter and I. I really hope the nursery can take this feedback on board and work on improving their processes for future families.

What an incredible nursery! The experiences these children gain before reaching the school age is irreplaceable. From learning to walk to trying her first foods my daughter has experienced so many different experiences in her nursery day. Holding baby chick's. Making mud pies exploring nature and incorporating it into play. The first time sitting around the fire with a marshmallow and hot chocolate. Her first time in a nativity all skills for life that set her up ready to join the big old school adventure. She wasn't scared or daunted anymore. They offer a home from home experience and treat every child like their own. Not a day went by i ever doubted my child was in the safest calmest most loving hands. She made friendships for life with not only children but staff she still talks about 12 months on so a footprint made on her heart. I cant thank them enough ! My daughter has experienced more at this nursery than the average child will in their early days. The wealth of care is irreplaceable. Thank you to each and every one of you!

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 11 months old and there has not been one single day he hasn’t desperately wanted to go into nursery with outstretched arms to greet the staff. And that in itself speaks volumes about loved he feels and how cared for he is. Something that can’t be created or forced - a true reflection of how much he loves going and adores the staff who care for him. The communication about the child’s day is second to none from what they’ve eaten, down to their daily activities and nap times which is incredibly reassuring. The staff go above and beyond to provide incredibly detailed observations of learning and plan meticulously how they will develop a child’s interest and focus and create opportunities for further learning. The nursery comes highly recommended from local primary schools, outstanding EYFS lead staff in Lancashire and friends we have who have had personal experience with their own children. The nursery setting is stimulating, calming and inviting and enhances learning. The staff really take the time to get to know each child individually. We couldn’t ask for a better start for our son and thank the nursery for his personal, social and educational developments using their holistic approach that is warming received by all. A truly one-of-a-kind nursery and staff.

Such a fantastic nursery!!! My son has been attending since he was 9 months old. He has just left for primary school and I cannot fault the nursery. They are so caring and have offered huge support my son and us as a family. The teachers are fantastic and so invested in the children's journeys. We are so sad that he is leaving but looking forward to the next adventure of school

\*\*\*AVOID \*\*\* This nursery appears perfect on the surface as the management and staff are friendly however avoid this nursery. My child has had several incidents of neglect which have been highlighted and we've had subsequent admissions and apologies. There is zero flexibility unlike what is promised before signing up. Do not trust the diary they write about your child as there is little accuracy. From the food your child has apparently consumed to the timing your child is at nursery. Its riddled with inaccuracies / liesand subsequent apologies blaming the app and never human errors or in this case negligence. Its no wonder so many children have been pulled out of this nursery. Every debrief upon collection of your child is the same as the last parent who collected their child before yours. You only have to watch and listen. Your child will never have an off day. Its always wonderful(!). Even when my child has been sent in under the weather, they never picked up on it. They recently had an ofsted inspection which unsurprisingly rated it just good. Do not have any educational expectations from this nursery. In comparison to my other children who went to different nurseries, it's non existent. Its simply an average baby sitting service in a clean environment.
