There is a constant turnover of staff, which is unsettling and not what you’d expect from a stable, nurturing setting. Children need consistent care, not a revolving door of unfamiliar faces. Leadership—particularly under Tom—appears to ignore or dismiss concerns. This lack of accountability raises serious questions about what’s happening behind closed doors when even basic concerns go unanswered. A nursery should be built on trust, transparency, and emotional stability. Sadly, this setting does not seem to offer any of those things. I would strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere.
