Our ethos At Georges Playgroup, we encourage learning through play and exploration. We work alongside Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support and encourage growth in all areas of development. Our aim is to support individual learning and development by providing children with the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge, by exploring and understanding the world around them. We believe that children grow and develop when they have access to well thought out learning environment, with the support of well trained and passionate, educators. Children learn best when they are happy and engaged; by offering both child and adult led opportunities, indoors and out, children develop their skills and knowledge. Our focus is based solely on the children in our setting, supporting them in their early development, to ensure they make the most of every opportunity and fulfil their growing potential, along with promoting and encouraging their independence and creativity.
