He’s moved on to Lady Bird room now and although he struggled to adjust again after the holidays, the staff were supportive in helping him adjust, develop and grow/learn. I can tell from my son’s behaviour that he’s being looked after well. Accidents (which happen often at his age) are always reported to us. Just recently, my son had an accident at home which I forgot to handover to the nursery in the morning. They called me to ask what happened as he had developed a small bruise. They made sure it was recorded which gives me confidence in how they track and deal with these things. I had one complaint which was dealt with quickly through staff awareness training, and so far the complaint hasn’t happened again.\n\nAll in all, I’m really happy with how my child is progressing now. He learns a lot of new things that really surprises me sometimes. He just blurts out new words and it gives us so much joy seeing him flourish and making friends.
