Even the fact that Jamie is so accessible as a manager and welcomes the children in, and takes a very active role “front of house” and supporting the children especially when upset. I know it isn’t like this everywhere and your really friendly demeanour helps us as parents and our children to see it’s a safe and happy place to be. Equally, Katy and Chloe have been fantastic. Our baby has been so happy to see them after only 1 day of being there, he has been smiling and even crawled excitedly towards the baby room and put pressed his hands on the glass! The updates and photos on the Famly app are really thoughtful and have helped reassure us during a difficult transition (for me at least!).
