My daughter was absolutely devastated.\nI left a message on the answer machine at the time asking for them to call me urgently, and 3 days later, I’ve still not had a response!\nWe rallied and saved the party with help from some strangers seeing my daughters distress, and other mums being ready to jump in and help. But from our local community centre, so help or sense of community at all.
