I have recently been supported through a tough time and I honestly cannot explain how amazing they have been to me and my babies. Just a bad attitude all around, condoned by the CEO who brushed off my complaint as it \"was not life or death\". We kept getting bad service with little change, which was extremely frustrating. The last drop for us was when the Manager tried to make difficult my son's transition into school. (Prior to that she was also obstructive with my son's care, even after GP advice). In the end, we decided to swap nurseries, and my only regret is that I did not do it sooner! A friend of mine decided not to enrol her youngest with them for similar issues (the Manager's attitude, being overcharged nearly every month, and so on). Sorry to say, as most of the staff are friendly, but the organisation did let us down multiple times and I would not recommend this nursery to anyone. Life is stressful enough...
