The staff are all friendly and engaged with his well being. We feel very safe and secure knowing he is being well looked after thought-out the day by staff who care about him. We like the App that they use which keeps us updated on his activities and shares with us picture of him and the cooked meals he is having. A line from one of their recent Ofsted report has always stuck with me: "Babies are happy, settled and show a real sense of belonging." The nursery has been so nurturing. Both my children settled in really well and have bonded with staff and other children. They go in so happy in the morning. The nursery provides a wide range of different activities and they have learnt so much following a Montessori approach. The staff turnover is much less than others in the area and I think this speaks volumes for the positive and supportive environment that it is. The nursery is always clean and well-maintained, with strong hygiene practices. We appreciated their healthy approach to food—for example, celebrating birthdays with fruit instead of cakes. There’s a wide range of learning activities (Libero started learning British Sign Language here), and the staff are attentive, caring, and clearly focused on each child’s development and well-being. Management is sensible and steady, and the low staff turnover speaks volumes about the positive environment.
