There's a great outdoor space that's used for playing and growing plants. Before starting, we had plenty of settle sessions where my son could go in for a few hours to get used to the place and the people, and this is replicated when they are ready to start transitioning to a new room. The staff are absolutely amazing! Support staff are all really helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had and supporting with funding applications. And the staff in the room are all really caring, kind and supportive, they obviously really care about the children and their families. We get regular updates and photos throughout the day, which really helps to see what he's eating, how he's napping and how much he's enjoying himself.
