My daughter hadn’t applied to other settings and didn’t want a full day for my two and a half year old granddaughter. She explained this and was met with no support at all but offered, as a gesture of good will, her £50 back!!\n\nI appreciate government funding makes it difficult for nurseries to manage financially but the latest changes have been known for some time, so I feel Happy Days had enough full time starts to be able to run without sessional care. He loves it and has made friends with other children and the staff. The facilities are really good and allow the children to be able to learn in whatever activity they chose to do. My little boy always goes in with a smile on his face and comes home with a smile on his face, even through the pandemic happy days have been such a great help, from sending daily activities during lockdown to calling us for a check in to see how we as a family were coping. When we have our update meetings on his progress its so obvious that the staff spend time getting to know the children as they describe him and his personality down to a fine art!
