They are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating 51 weeks a year with a short closure during Christmas and for three training days. The nursery is structured into three rooms: a Babies Room for 0-2 year olds, a Toddlers Room for 2-3 year olds, and a Pre-School for 3-5 year olds. Harmony House Hornchurch emphasises a caring atmosphere, ensuring children feel secure and encouraged to explore. They also accept various government funding codes, requiring a deposit for those utilising working funding codes, with specific conditions for refund or adjustment. For children attending funded sessions, meal options are available for an additional charge, or children can bring their own packed lunches.
