After that he would cry when I left but I would stay in the reception area where he couldnt see me and within a couple of minutes max he would stop. All the children love the nursery manager Ali and he along with Sam were the two miracle workers who managed to get him to not only settle but worked with him to finally agree to take his jacket off too instead of keeping it on all the time. When the weather is nice the children get taken out to the Barbican, St Pauls etc too. You also get a really good public sector discount too.
