Headstart Day Nursery places a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, with age-specific garden areas for babies and toddlers, along with a main garden for all children. They also offer Forest School sessions for preschool children, led by a Level 3 qualified practitioner, which take place weekly at their sister nursery's dedicated site. Additionally, Headstart provides out-of-school care for children up to 11 years, including before- and after-school care for St Anne's CE Primary School pupils and holiday care open to all school-aged children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment with various activities and opportunities for indoor and outdoor play. All staff are fully trained in paediatric first aid.
