The nursery operates Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm, closing only for public bank holidays. Their core philosophy revolves around ensuring children are happy, safe, and healthy while learning through play and individualised attention. They strive to partner with parents to meet their unique needs. The nursery boasts friendly and welcoming staff, all of whom are DBS checked, have previous experience or are undergoing training, and are certified in Paediatric First Aid. The facilities include dedicated areas for different age groups, each equipped with age-appropriate toys. 5 to 3-year-olds, and a room for 3 to 5-year-olds, also known as the Baby Room, Bear Room, Piglet Room, Owl Room, and Tigger Room, respectively. Additionally, the nursery offers breakfast and after-school clubs for local schools in South Ockendon and features both a baby garden and a spacious garden for older children.
