Dedicated to nurturing and enriching all children, the nursery offers a high-quality, safe, and engaging environment. The setting is inclusive, responsible, respectful, and collaborative, with a team of highly experienced Early Years Teachers focusing on a play-based learning atmosphere. The traditional building features homely facilities and accommodates 48 children across three main play spaces: The Baby Room, Little Rainbow Room (for toddlers), and The Jigsaw Room (preschool). There's also a large, enclosed garden for outdoor play and exploration. Hippitots is open 51 weeks a year, closing only between Christmas and New Year, and for bank holidays and training days. The nursery provides meals throughout the day, including breakfast, a two-course lunch, and savory tea, with fresh fruit and water always available. They use Famly for effective communication with parents, providing instant updates, easy communication, and in-app payment options. Recognising the importance of routine for children's security and emotional regulation, each play space has its own structured day, with meal and sleep times as anchor points.
