At her previous nursery she struggled to settle and eat and drop off was a nightmare. Within 4 weeks of attending Holly House my daughter is happily walking in and waving me goodbye. She is sat at a table eating which she struggled to do before and if she doesn't like what is being given to eat the staff will make something else for her there and then and then check with me what they can offer her and what she likes for other meals afterwards. When I pick her up at tea time they always do a pack up for her journey home as she is hungry. I can't thank them enough. It's such a relief to know she is now settled.\nWe would follow Elaine the manager to any nursery and we did with my eldest. She is exceptional and hires exceptional staff. The place is clean, outdoor area for the children is amazing and when I looked around I was informed that they try to get the children out as much as possible which is incredible.\nJackie always greats myself and Maddie when we arrive and leave, Lisa the head of my daughter's room always checks in with me to discuss things they could tweak to help my daughter.
