It operates from Ravensworth C.E. School in Richmond and is open from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5.30pm. At its inspection in November 2022, Ofsted judged the pre-school to be Good. The inspector reported that children are excited and motivated to learn and that staff have a good understanding of each child and their family. According to the Ofsted report, there is a strong emphasis on developing children's speech and language skills, with methods such as a 'word of the week' to build vocabulary. The outdoor area provides a range of resources to inspire play and imagination, and children develop an interest in nature. The inspector found that children behave very well, show respect for one another, and develop excellent independence.
