The Pre-Preparatory unit, known as BBO (Bees, Badgers, and Owls), receives specialised attention from directors, one of whom holds Early Year Professional Status and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, as well as a full-time Qualified Teacher. The nursery continuously reviews its fees annually to maintain affordability for families while ensuring sustainability and quality provision. They uphold a robust curriculum with clear goals, responsive to children's interests, ensuring all children, including those with special educational needs, receive tailored support. Home visits by key persons prior to starting help establish strong parent-nursery relationships, which are maintained through regular communication. The introduction of a communication board is helping children with SEND to understand the meaning of words and phrases.
