The staff are brilliant and there isn't a huge turnover of staff and many of the ladies that were then when my son first started are still there now. My son was so well cared for, it really felt like they loved him, he wasn't just a number. My oldest son went to a different nursery in the area but when we moved and I moved jobs, this nursery made more sense. The standard of care between the nurseries was polar opposites. I wish I had brought my older son here too. Even if this nursery is a little further for you, make the effort, it is worth it. Never did my son have a sore bottom or anything like that. As babies, they are not left in soiled nappies. There is no timed rota for when nappies get changed like at most nurseries, they are changed when they are needed, sounds obvious but most nurseries have 3 hour slots for changing nappies and so your child could be sitting in dirt for that long! Food was always nice, fresh and varied.often if I dropped him off a little later, I could smell roast lamb cooking. Good people who give excellent, structured, safe care (note the word \"care\" not \"minding\").
