There is no accountability, no responsibility, no care and certainly no clue as to how a place for young children should be run.\nWhen questioned about policies, you are passed from pillar to post (I called no less than 10 times and left numerous voice messages…apparently the mailbox was full!).\nWhen questioned about incidents relating to child safety (my son was bruised on his eye), really creative excuses are made up and to top it all off, staff can't even spell....and they are \"teaching\" kids.\nI had a 40 minute meeting in which the story of the injury to my son was changed and when the truth finally emerged, management washed their hands of it!\nAccording to the so-called assessments conducted by staff at Huda Nursery, my child was EXCEEDING the early learning goals. As I mentioned before, being very familiar with the EYFS and the education system, the wool couldn’t be pulled over my eyes.\nYou want my advice? Go to a proper, well established nursery that actually CARES and nurtures your child. This lot are only interested in your money.
