This is no doubt a popular nursery as they do have a waiting list so why could they not offer some understanding when they can easily replace another child in the spot we had reserved for our son. We did ask for some consideration and still gave 5 weeks notice as we did not closely read the T & C's which requested 8 weeks but there was no compromise from the owner. The nursery might be excellent but just read the small print and don't expect any consideration if you fall foul of the small print. Because without the strict nature of planning, pay and organising from nursery admin, we might find a more chaotic scene rather than the service currently and exceptionally given to the children. Just a thought, and we couldn’t be happier.
