My daughter told me in front of staff the gate hurt her finger and the old nursery woman with blonde hair and the young inexperienced nursery nurse with dark hair tried to blame me! Stating did it happen at home when my child just told me it was them and it was 5.30pm at the end of the day. Only four members of staff are competent and they are management and seniors. The manager is nice and tried to resolve issues but she is not always there. Becky is nice the senior and two nursery staff ladies. One who smiles a lot and Bobby but the rest are young and inexperienced or old, moody and argumentative as if they don't want to be there.
