Established in 1969 as Kedington Playgroup, it expanded in 2008 to include pre-school and out-of-school care. The pre-school follows the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, focusing on individual development and working in collaboration with parents. The dedicated staff team prioritises continuous professional development to maintain high standards. The setting is housed in a purpose-built modular building on the Kedington Primary School site, featuring an exciting outdoor area for children to explore and learn. As a registered charity, Ketton Early Birds is currently fundraising to convert its existing garage into additional space for specific groups, including a calming area for transitioning toddlers, a sensory space for children with additional needs, and a dedicated area for older children.
