Like I was stupid and I think I know best. I DO KNOW MY CHILD BEST. If I could see something I would get the help. Thank GOD I didn’t give my child to that nursery because she is very very ignorant. The staff here would not open heartedly take care of my child and work with me to help my child settle in a different setting. She does not even know what the previous school have done, and how they were unfair with the situation. Other nurseries that I spoke to were kind and understanding about the situation and some even had no places available but they gave me good advice and spoke to me so kindly. This manager, her attitude was disrespectful and downright nasty. Made me feel like I was being ignorant and the old school was right without even understanding the situation. Don’t give your kids to this school. It’s run by a bunch of immature unprofessional people. They will not treat your kids good if they cannot hold a simple phone call without showing attitude.
