He comes home speaking about his friends and the staff in the room in a really positive way starting his sentences with 'My day is good'. I also particularly enjoyed the weekly settling in reports which was very efficient. We'd appreciate some more of this stuff during feedback daily so we can support Otis at home with his development. The team have also been very accommodating to mine and my partners busy jobs also in education. Thanks Kido Windsor!
