Also when I lost my job I paid up the full amount of time my little one was in nursery but told them from the Monday the following week my little one would only be able to do the free hours. I was then sent a bill of nearly £800 and told I had to pay up the rest of the month even if she wasn't going to be using them hours. Who would try charge a single mother who has just lost their job that kind of money? I decided to move her nursery since they talked down to me, I also paid money for school photos which I never received. Even after explaining my circumstances about loosing my job they threatened me with court, and told me it isn't a pay as you go service and I had to pay for the rest of the hours for that month which made no sense to me. About a week after I took my little one out of this nursery they rang back asking for her to come back, telling me I'd never find a nursery that would allow me to \"pay as I go\" but I had in fact found somewhere.
