Given this nursery is attached my work and a health care provider, I really wanted to use these facilities to enable me to return to work full time and have my child nearby for the next year while he settled into his new life. However these prices make it impossible, despite being eligible for 30 hours childcare support.\n\nIf I return to work full time (which not doing so is not an option as a single parent) I have 2 choices:\n\n- Firstly ‘stretched’ which enable you to spread the 30 hours over 51 weeks (22.8 hours a week) this equates to £792.62 a month (186.50 a week)\n\n- Or standard which is split over the 38 weeks.
