Having never been to nursery before, my son had a hard time settling in, but the staff were amazing, patient, caring and attentive. He is doing better every day and they are helping him with his confidence, improving his social skills and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into this process. I would like to highlight that Amna is brilliant at putting both parents and children at ease. This nursery provides a wonderful environment and am grateful for the support. But like everything else with her, it was extremely difficult start for her, for about 3 months. The staff were very understanding, spent so much time making her feel safe in a new environment. The staff understood exactly what is needed, and went to a great length in making sure my daughter feels home with them.I would highly recommend.
