This is through parents meetings, face to face or by phone, reports on Famly and conversations at pick up. Throughout the pandemic, communication was strong and our son was welcomed back with care, whilst clear procedures were in place keeping him and the other children safe. We feel that all of the staff in our son's room know his likes and dislikes and his personality. He is always really happy to go to nursery. He loves all of the ladies in his room and has lots of friends. We have always been pleased with the care Thomas has had and the opportunities he has been given.
