The nursery invoicing system is absolutely shocking they get so many invoices incorrect, billing you wrongly and you can't contact the head office it is impossible. The only other option is contacting the nursery direct who has the rudest manager - Joanne who offers no sympathy or help in the situation, promised numerous things and fulfils nothing promised. Advised doing stuff in the background but communicates nothing I have had this issue going on nearly 12 months and still no further forward. I am so glad my daughter no longer attends this nursery and is in better hands and much more straight forward invoicing team that knows what they're doing !!!!!
