The building is a bit old being a historic building not much options they have for restructuring but they have huge spaces. There are various rooms and good size garden.\n\nThe parking spaces are at least 10 and a wide space for getting in and out.\n\nThe management is very friendly, Fiona and Lauren were there at all time and they were like family to babies and very considerate with parents. They always listened to us very patiently with all of our first-time parents things.\n\nThe carers are kind, we had Lydia, Mandee, Jasmine, many of them are very young and very energetic. My baby felt very close to a few of them after a couple of weeks, he received so many cuddles and love. I don't believe there is a single key person but they try to maintain that key person connection thing.\n\nThey use an app for daily updates and they responsibly complete that every day and during the day as soon as the activity is finished, this was such a great way of me getting updates about my little one and such a relief as a first time mom. They upload many pictures and did send us more every time we asked for it very kindly.\n\nThey know every parent and they are happy you pick them up and drop off directly from and to the rooms.\n\nThey do loads of messy plays which we loved. They are not that organised with activities and I am not sure if they are pre-planned in most cases. But the activities are very fun. Water play, mud play, sand tray, colouring are those that are quite hard to get over the mess at home but they do it there.\n\nThey do small celebrations like for fathers day or the coronation and they do simple themes for decorations.\n\nThe hygiene level is satisfactory, there are no shoes in the baby room.\n\nBabies get nappies changes at least every three hours snd I did not see ever one of that being missed so very organised in that sense. Babies get changed (outfits) if they have a poonamy or a very messy meal. Otherwise they come back home with the same outfits if the start of the day. I iust would have liked my little one slightly cleaner than what he usually was at the end of the day.\n\nbabies get one to one attention when eating and are kindly offered food by spoons etc when they are young. If they are sleep during the food serving time, they will still will get to eat when they are awake. They have three snack times. Most main meals are prepared in the kitchen but the snacks are usually very simple like some crackers, fruits and corn rings etc.\n\nThey are well aware of every kids allergy or dietary requirements. They will give them bottles if you ask to and the timings for food and nap very well matched with what we had at home and they help us maintain our routine very responsibly.\n\nThe babies need to take their own bottles, sippy cups and of course outfits.
