We never felt that our daughter was anything but a number.\n\nThe ratio of staff to children was below government recommendations.\n\nSome of the staff were great, but others were barely out of high school and being left in a room with a bunch of toddlers - which is not fair on them.\n\nWe were sold on the idea that there were \"sports teachers\"... this turned to be two men who doubled as nursery teachers to \"make up the numbers\".\n\nEveryday they would tell me my daughter \"ate everything\" - everyday - anyone with a toddler knows that is impossible. She would then get home and eat like she has never been fed.\n\nEveryday my daughter asked not to go. She still cries when walk past the place. Vindicating our decision to move her.\nWe moved our daughter to The Hub and she has not looked back. We have seen a complete behaviour change and she is much happier in the mornings.\n\nMy message to the management is to not treat parents like they are stupid. Parents talk.
