Our daughter is autistic and can struggle a little. Everyone has been so accommodating with her. Even staff members who don’t work in the same room, all help keep her happy and settled. It’s amazing to see how loved she is by all the staff, who go out of their way for her. On occasions skipping their lunch hour or staying late. Their priority is always the children. She absolutely loves nursery and has been so so lucky to have Lucy, Emily and Christine as her key workers. She utterly adores them and they have been unbelievable with her. Helping her develop her speech, social skills, independence. Not to mention all the hard work Louise and Charlotte have put in helping get her an EHCP, SALT, extra funding.
