We were assured that booking the tour would reserve a spot for our daughter.\n\nWhen we attended the rescheduled tour date, we were unable to conduct the visit due to an inspection taking place. However, we were then informed that a tour was unnecessary and were given the necessary forms to complete our application and secure a place. We promptly filled out the forms and paid the deposit.\n\nDespite all this, we received an email stating there were no spaces available. This inconsistent and misleading information caused us significant inconvenience and wasted our time. The customer service was far below the expected standard, with clear and accurate communication being severely lacking. We will be filing a formal complaint due to this poor experience.\n\nWe do not recommend using this nursery.
