Then I meet with Sandra and still I feel a bit nervous, then I met with Robyn the area manager and Kim now deputy manager and although I couldn't do things how I wanted to procedure and policies came in to play. With a rating that went public of inadequate I thought great! Now what. However faith has been there a month and has picked up things so quickly they have taken to her like a duck to water. They get to know us as a family and I'm so glad I stuck with them. Things will improve you just have to give it a chance. I can't thank Sandra, robyn, Shannon, heidi and bernie enough. That's just naming the few I can remember. I went through everything with them at the start and gave them a hard time to make sure it was alright for faith. They worked with us at every corner and now I see how happy she is there.
