Located in a bespoke room at Landulph Memorial Hall in Cargreen, the preschool offers a safe and secure outdoor area alongside a vibrant indoor space, both designed to provide a rich variety of learning experiences. Our ethos Landulph Under Fives aims to provide all children with a secure and motivating environment where they can develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually through play. The preschool encourages friendships in an inclusive setting, offering a space for children to be themselves and explore the world around them. What it's like Children eagerly enter this welcoming pre-school, where staff greet them warmly and choose how to say goodbye to their parents at the 'waving window' before settling into play. Staff plan their curriculum well, introducing new words and mathematical concepts, such as 3D shapes and counting, to ensure children make progress. Children play cooperatively, share well, and understand the need to wait their turn, developing patience and respect for others.
