Rated 'Good' by Ofsted in January 2024, it caters to children aged 2–4 years. The pre-school provides an engaging environment where activities are tailored to children's individual needs, with a particular focus on personal, social, and emotional development, and communication and language, in recognition of the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Children are observed to be happy, developing warm relationships with staff who are described as kind, caring, and nurturing. The curriculum is broad and balanced, building on children's existing knowledge and skills, with a strong emphasis on communication, language, and mathematical development. Children also develop impressive physical skills through various activities. Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is strong, with a knowledgeable manager coordinating provision and a dedicated nurture space for quieter learning.
