I was told at the door, “I don’t know what happened, he didn’t cry.” Once, I waited outside for 25 minutes at pick-up time, only to be told, “Sorry, we couldn’t find him.”\nMost concerning of all was a serious data breach in which personal information about both parents and children was shared without consent — a major red flag for any childcare provider.\nI urge other parents to think carefully before enrolling their child here. Data protection, trust, and clear communication are essential — and unfortunately, this setting fell short on all three.
