They relish the extensive play and learning opportunities. Children’s confidence is developed very well, and they adapt to new routines with ease. Inspector highlights - Leaders and staff have high expectations and closely monitor children's progress, responding swiftly to any emerging gaps. - Passionate staff ensure children develop skills for the next stage of learning, gathering detailed information from parents and working with them to consolidate learning at home. - Staff provide many opportunities for children to use their home language, using key words in children's own languages during play and routines. - Communication with parents has been maintained during the COVID-19 pandemic, with parents speaking highly of staff and the manager. - Children learn to be independent, with babies using cutlery and pre-school children tidying up.
