They are a brilliant team who treat every baby as an individual which is just so lovely to see. We really feel like we have joined a community and are benefitting so much as a family. J is my first baby and I was quite anxious about him starting nursery but Thelma, Andrea, Jenine, Denise and Zarena settled us in so quickly and were so kind. We get loads of feedback about what he's been up to during the day and communication as a whole is great. The building is also really light and airy and just feels very welcoming and well run. I would highly recommend the free Baby Club which is run upstairs as a drop-in every week, if you're looking for a relaxed way to meet other parents. Unlike a lot of paid-for baby activities the atmosphere is just very chilled and laid back and you can just hang out with your baby and not worry about arriving on time. We love this place!
